E-SPPT PBB-P2 Can Be Downloaded via JAKI App

Starting this year, Land and Building Tax of Urban and Rural Sector (PBB-P2) taxpayers in Jakarta can register on JAKI application to get Electronic Notification of Tax Due (e-SPPT).

Jakarta Regional Tax Agency (Bapenda) Head, Mohammad Tsani Annafari mentioned, this system was the latest innovation from Jakarta Bapenda to reduce paper waste in Jakarta. Besides, taxpayers can also pay SPPT through pajakonline.jakarta.go.id. website.

"Starting 2021, SPPT PBB-P2 in Jakarta has applied electronic system. Not only reducing waste, but it also reduce face-to-face meeting between officers and taxpayers in the midst of Covid-19 pandemic. E-SPPT PBB-P2 itself can be downloaded on our official website and JAKI application," he explained, on Friday (1/8).

Jakartans, Here is How to Obtain E-SPPT PBB-P2

On JAKI application, taxpayers can select Jakpenda-PBB-P2 menu to pay the tax. Next, register for e-SPPT PBB-P2 by filling tax object data, downloader data, then clicking the checkbox to agree with the terms and conditions that apply.

"If the verification is successful, just click 'download e-SPPT' box and the download link will be sent to email that has been registered. It is very easy," he said.
